Set the target
Work out what you actually burn and what you need to eat to lose fat without feeling like you're starving. Most lads are out by 500 calories in one direction or the other, then wonder why six months of effort did nothing.
The fat loss system I used to lose 35kg in 9 months, cut into four weeks you can actually follow. Targets, training, food, weekends. Sent straight to your inbox, one week at a time.
Takes 20 seconds
Week one is on its way. Give it two minutes.
Check your promotions tab and spam folder. If it landed there, drag it to your main inbox so you actually get weeks two, three and four.
Real lads. Real coaching. Scroll for the full wall
Let's be clear about what this is. Four coaching videos and a plan you follow yourself, delivered a week at a time. It is not 1-2-1 coaching. It's the same framework my paying clients start on, without me checking your food diary on a Tuesday night. If you do the work, four weeks is enough to see the scale move and to stop guessing.
Who's telling you this
I wasn't a fat kid who found the gym.
I trained for years. Trained hard, some weeks. Drank most weekends, wrote off most Sundays, and stayed almost exactly the same for about two years. Not big, not lean, just permanently alright.
Then I saw a photo of myself and decided I'd had enough of the alright version. 35kg came off over the next nine months. Since then I've coached 50+ lads through the same thing.
Everything in these four weeks is what I actually did. Nothing in it is theory.

What lands each week
Work out what you actually burn and what you need to eat to lose fat without feeling like you're starving. Most lads are out by 500 calories in one direction or the other, then wonder why six months of effort did nothing.
Protein, carbs and fat sorted around food you already eat. Meal deals included. You're not cooking chicken and broccoli five nights a week, and you don't need to.
The lifts that move the needle, how hard a set actually needs to be, and why the length of your session means nothing. This is where most of the wasted time lives.
Nights out, takeaways, three days of writing off Friday to Sunday. This is the bit that quietly undoes most people, so it gets a week of its own.
Included
One a week, under 15 minutes each. Watch on your phone on the way to work.
Calories and protein worked out for your bodyweight and your week, not a generic 2,000.
Built around the days you genuinely train, whether that's three or five.
Pub, takeaway, Nando's, the works. How to stay on track without sitting at home.
The wall
Every one of these is a lad who came to me training already and getting nowhere. Same framework, start to finish.
Being straight with you: these are 1-2-1 coaching clients, and most of these changes took months, not four weeks. Nobody looks like the right-hand photo after 28 days. What the free four weeks gives you is the exact starting point every one of them used, and it's the part most lads never get right.
